Stage two

Built like cabinetry, treated like freight

Event pieces live a rough life: loaded at 6am, wheeled over cable ramps, stacked in a trailer, then expected to look new under the next set of lights. We build for that second week, not the first photo.

Panels and joinery

Cabinet-grade sheet goods and solid maple, cut on our own saws, joined so corners stay square after a hundred moves.

Hardware that survives

Locking casters rated for loaded weight, concealed hinges, and latch hardware chosen for how often it gets slammed.

Collapsible frames

Where the design allows, pieces fold or knock down so a two-person crew can load in without a lift gate.

Service-side layout

Shelf heights, bin placement and door swings set around how your team actually works a line.

Power and plumbing prep

Cord routing, outlet cutouts and sink cutouts built in where the design calls for them.

Fit checks

Every unit is fully assembled in-shop, loaded, rolled and adjusted before it gets wrapped.
