Getting it out the door
Pickup and shipping
Every finished build is fully assembled, rolled and checked in-shop before it goes anywhere. Then it either leaves in your vehicle or on a truck.
Shop pickup
- Book a window. We schedule pickups so someone is free to help you load rather than leaving a build on the dock.
- Bring blankets and straps. Finished panels scratch against a bare truck bed.
- Bring a second person. Full bars and tall walls are awkward before they are heavy.
- Check the measurements. Your quote lists finished dimensions; compare them to your cargo opening before the drive out.
- Balance is due at pickup. We walk the piece with you and hand over the touch-up kit.
Freight and delivery
- Crated for the truck. Builds that ship get corner protection and blocking, not just shrink wrap.
- Quoted separately. Freight depends on crate dimensions and destination, so it sits outside the build price.
- Local delivery. Available in the region for pieces too large to load comfortably yourself.
- Inspect on arrival. Photograph anything that looks wrong before the driver leaves and send it straight to us.
Vehicle rule of thumb
What actually fits
Carts and small stations fit most SUVs with the seats folded. Standard mobile bars want a pickup bed or a cargo van. Tall arches, photo walls and U-shaped bar sets usually need a box truck unless the design was drawn to knock down. If you tell us your vehicle at drawing stage, we will build the piece so it fits in it.
Not sure your van will take it?
Send us the cargo opening measurements with your enquiry and we'll draw around them.
