The Union U-Shaped Bar is a full-service bar you can wheel into place, stock, and run a busy cocktail hour behind. The U layout wraps your staff on three sides, so two people can work it without crowding. The whole thing collapses down for transport, which is the difference between a two-person load-in and a truck rental. Because each one is built to order in Southern California, you pick the footprint, the finish, and the storage layout.
